About The Author

Ayo was born in the 1950s to a white German mother and a Nigerian father. They lived in Nigeria amongst humble surroundings. When Ayo played outside, he would look to the sky when a plane flew over and say to himself that one day, he would fly all over the world in one…

When Ayo was 18, he travelled to England to make a better life for himself, and so that he could send money back home to his mother, Edith, whom he adored.

He used to sleep on a friend’s sofa at night, and during the day he would queue outside the local Mother’s Pride bakery to try and gain work. One day he was given an opportunity to work in the factory, and Ayo worked so hard that he was invited back to do more shifts.

Ayo worked there until he decided that he wanted more out of life, and he applied for a job in sales. This turned out to be Ayo’s forte and he excelled in the selling world.

Fast forward to today and Ayo is the President of a multinational global company that turns over hundreds of millions of dollars a year. Most of which is accredited to the help, support, and ways of teaching with Ayo at the helm.
 
This is the third book to be published with Ayo’s name on it. He wrote Have You Got The Why Factor? And co-authored Pay it Forward with Brian Tracy.

Both books were written to help people achieve their dreams and fulfil their purpose.
